While Eugene's native language is English, his fluency in Japanese and Chinese has enabled him to communicate with Japanese and Chinese doctors for even greater understanding in the Oriental healing arts. Eugene is a regularly published translator in the North American Journal of Oriental Medicine, and is working on translating articles and books on Oriental Medicine from Japanese and Chinese into English. |
Eugene specializes in both Japanese and Chinese styles of acupuncture as well as herbal medicine.
In addition to his private practice in the Akasha Center for Integrative Medicine in Santa Monica, Eugene is a member of the acupuncture staff at the Center for Health and Healing at St. Vincent Medical Center near downtown Los Angeles.
